Arrival of a new Executive Chef; Jean-Christophe JEANSON – Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Pâtissier
Creation of an EXCLUSIVE dark chocolate in partnership with Chocolaterie de L'Opéra, a loyal partner for over 20 years, named Maison CAFFET 001.
Night of October 10 to 11, fire in the production workshop.

The historic boutique on Rue de la Monnaie in TROYES is renovated and features a concept focused on roasting and burnt wood, echoing the production of Praliné.

The brand "Pascal Caffet" becomes "Maison Caffet" / launch of the new website www.maison-caffet.com

Expansion of workspace by an additional 2000m².
Opening of boutiques in Milan, Tours, Nancy, Strasbourg.
Maison Caffet is awarded the label of "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" by the State. This recognition crowns Maison Caffet, in perpetual development, which employs a traditional way of working, passed down from generation to generation, and the expertise of Master Artisan Pascal Caffet.
Opening of boutiques in the 16th arrondissement of Paris and in Chalons en Champagne, as well as the first online boutique accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
