Since 1954, Maison Caffet has been crafting high-end and creative chocolates and pastries, using pure origin products and praline made in-house, specializing in this flavorful raw material. The transmission of passion and know-how is at the heart of Maison Caffet's values, recognized in 2014 by the label Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV), which acknowledges French companies with artisanal and industrial excellence.

The product concept of Maison Caffet will allow you to offer the best to your customers by bringing together chocolates and pastries from this praline specialist, in a pleasant space. Our boutique concept revolves around clearly defined product collections, 100% artisanal craftsmanship.

Master artisan Pascal Caffet personally chooses his ambassadors, passionate and gourmet, who will know how to recount the story of this exceptional house by transmitting its values and knowledge.

The Maison Caffet Supports You

From idea to realization, Maison Caffet accompanies you at every step in your journey to become an Ambassador.

We offer every new candidate a discovery day in our boutique in Troyes to confirm your choice. Then, we guide you through all the steps of opening your boutique (advice on location selection, architectural project, and supervision of works, support in the launch, setting up your sales space on opening day).

You will also benefit from a three-week training at our production site and in the boutique: we will then pass on all the know-how of Maison Caffet to you (products, sales, administrative, quality).

On a daily basis, you can rely on Maison Caffet's support, with monthly visits from the network animator and the Maison Caffet Know-how manual to answer all your technical questions.

A communication service guides you in your local actions and a telephone assistance will answer your questions (communication, sales, quality, production, accounting, project).

Do I need to take care of the works for my boutique?

We work with a Master Builder who ensures compliance with the architectural concept and coordinates all the work for your boutique on your behalf.

 

Do we need to source from multiple suppliers?

Maison CAFFET boasts nearly 70 years of artisanal expertise. Pascal Caffet and his team conceive and create all of our enticing treats, making us your sole supplier.
