The Pascal Caffet Trophy
Artisans and Master Chocolatiers of Tomorrow
With the intention of creating a dynamic of excellence in the French tradition, Pascal Caffet shows early interest in the talents of tomorrow.
This trophy was born out of a strong desire to promote the profession of chocolatier and to bring forth the talents of the future. This competition naturally finds its place within the Gastronomy Fair organized annually at Troyes Expo Cube.

The Association Promotion des Arts Qualité Pâtisserie Française chaired by Pascal Caffet organized the 21st Pascal Caffet Trophy on November 11 and 12, 2023.
An ambitious two-day program that excited professionals and the general public alike.
Prizes and rewards of the 21st edition - November 2023:
- 1st Prize 2023: 3,000 euros + the trophy: Pierre FONTAINE
- 2nd Prize 2023: 1,000 euros: Valentin COLIN
- 3rd Prize 2023: 500 euros: Fabio GIAMBRONE
