At the heart of our identity lies praliné. Crafted from Piedmont hazelnuts and Valencia almonds, our pralinés are delicately sweetened and stone-ground for hours to achieve a silky, melt-in-the-mouth texture. The Praliné Brigade – The Nutcracker for Gourmets
An original creation, the Praliné Brigade is a festive bite shaped like a Nutcracker. Inside, you’ll find a Piedmont hazelnut praliné coated in a fine layer of 36% milk chocolate, smooth and delicately creamy. A delightful treat to give… or to keep for yourself.
Crac-Noisette – Crisp Shell, Melting Heart
For those who love texture and contrast, Crac-Noisette reinvents the art of the chocolate bonbonnière. Designed to be cracked open like a piñata, it reveals Piedmont hazelnut praliné and roasted nut pieces, hidden beneath a 70% dark chocolate shell. Both spectacular and delicious.
