Delivery Times
The Chrono Express 13H service allows delivery of the parcel the day after shipping before 13H, from Monday to Friday, in Mainland France. (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Parcels to Europe, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom are delivered between 24 and 72H, depending on the delivery method chosen.
Parcels are shipped from our production laboratory located in Pont-Sainte-Marie in Aube from Monday to Friday according to the following scheme:

- Chrono Relais Europe – Delivery to pick-up points in Europe
- Chrono Express Europe – 24 hour delivery in Europe
Delivery Fees
- For Chrono 13H delivery in Mainland France: 15 € TTC; free from 75 € of purchase
- For delivery to a pick-up point in Mainland France: 11 € TTC; free from 75 € of purchase
- For Chrono Fresh delivery at 4 degrees in Mainland France: 20 € TTC; free from 100 € of purchase
- For delivery to Corsica: 30 € TTC
- For Chrono Classic delivery to Europe: 18 € TTC; free from 90 € of purchase
- For Chrono pick-up point delivery to Europe: 14 € TTC; free from 90 € of purchase
- For Chrono Express delivery in Europe: 23 € TTC; 5 € TTC for orders over 90 €
- For delivery to the United Kingdom: 5 € TTC for customs charges at checkout
- For delivery to Switzerland: 20 € TTC for customs charges at checkout
Additional Information
How to track my parcel?
You will receive an email from Chronopost to inform you of the delivery of the parcel.
In this email, you will find a tracking number consisting of 13 characters (2 letters + 9 digits + 2 letters)
You will also find this tracking number in the automatic shipping email you will receive when your parcel is handed over to Chronopost. You just need to click on it to open the Chronopost website page.
I am not present to receive my parcel, what should I do?
Our carrier commits to delivering you between 8am and 13pm the day after shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive an SMS when the delivery person starts their route to provide you with a more precise time slot.
From this SMS, you will be able to change this delivery date or choose delivery to a pick-up point.
You can make these changes up to one hour before the delivery person arrives.
The indicated rates include packaging, preparation of the parcel, and tracking by our teams.
