Detailed description of the project /

In 2018, Maison CAFFET suffered a serious incident that devastated its entire production and manufacturing site in Pont Sainte Marie. This event requires us to reorganize and review our manufacturing processes by modernizing our production tool.

 

Objectives sought /

Our customers are always looking for new products, and are very attentive to the quality of the products offered by CAFFET. We are obliged to think of a versatile tool that meets the requirements of our customers but also of our business. The new dedicated space is not conducive to the purchase of many machines we had to think of a single tool to meet our needs.

 

Main actions presented /

We are investing in a versatile biscuit production line.

 

Project summary for official publication /

This is a biscuit line. This tool allows to prepare different types of pastry preparations: biscuits etc. until the final packaging for sale. It is composed of 3 machines assembled together, from different manufacturers and programmed by a French engineering company for its overall operation.

 

How does the project contribute to the program objectives (strategic and operational priorities of the program...)? /

The project helps to meet the various demands of our customers, we must respond with a modern production tool, where the latest technologies will be used in our manufacturing process. It is a versatile and agile tool allowing speed of execution in a food and industrial rigor.

 

Expected results (target...) /

We are seeing a strong demand for our products, and we want to expand exports and respond to these new markets. To do this, we are forced to have equipment whose manufacturing quality must be impeccable and whose velocity must correspond to the criteria of the current market..
