A hypersensitive visionary to the tastes of the general public, whom he loves to share his passion with, Pascal Caffet earned the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France Pâtissier in 1989 and Champion du Monde des Métiers du Dessert in 1995.

He imposed his innovative style by showing early interest in Praliné, ahead of everyone else. At a time when the trend was towards dark chocolate, he worked tirelessly to elevate this neglected and underrated product to excellence, fulfilling a childhood dream: «I wanted to be the best on my street before being the best in my city».

Since 1954, Maison Caffet has been paving the way for excellence in Chocolate Pastry, combining daring and craftsmanship.

A family history, the Pascal Caffet signature originates in the historic heart of Troyes when Lydie and Bernard Caffet, Pascal's parents, opened a "chocolate boutique" in 1979 to showcase their creations of pralines and ganaches. Pascal Caffet took over the chocolate shop in 1983 and expressed his talent there, serving his passion.

Continuously engaged in research and development, Maison Caffet nurtures its creativity around simple, elegant, beautiful, and above all, perfectly balanced and delicious products made with carefully selected raw materials. Its high-end chocolates and candies come in annual collections, while its macarons, biscuits, desserts, and pastries unveil their exquisite flavors.

Maison Caffet proudly upholds its values of transmission, craftsmanship, and innovation. Since 2014, the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label has crowned this exceptional skill, derived from an ancestral process passed down from generation to generation, and the expertise of the Master Artisan who created this renowned Maison in perpetual development.
