All our collections are crafted in our production workshops in Pont-Sainte-Marie, in the Aube region (10).
All orders placed on our online store are also shipped directly from our workshops.
Maison Caffet offers several ways to receive your products:
- In-store pickup for the Troyes, Pont-Sainte-Marie, Châlons, Metz, Nancy, and Strasbourg locations
- Express home delivery in Mainland France via Chronopost
- Home delivery in Europe via Chronopost
- Delivery to a relay point (when outdoor temperatures allow)
- Summer delivery via Chrono Fresh to ensure your order is stored and delivered at 4°C in Mainland France
We offer home delivery for our macaron boxes as well as all of our chocolate delicacies (chocolate boxes, bear boxes, spreads, chocolate bars, chocolate tablets, etc.) and our collection of biscuit bags.

If you would like a special assortment following a purchase from our online store, we invite you to quickly send an email to infos@caffet-compagnie.com with your order number and the desired assortment.
Please note that a specific assortment request may result in a delay in the shipping of your order.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible before it is processed by our team at infos@caffet-compagnie.com providing your order number.
In case of a complaint, please contact us at infos@caffet-compagnie.com with your order number and the problem encountered.
We offer payment by credit card as well as PayPal. For the USA AMEX is also authorized.
In an environmentally conscious way, we do not put Maison Caffet bags in our packages. If you would like to have one, please contact us on 03.25.80.38.38 or by email at « infos@caffet-compagnie.com » indicating your order number and the desired number of bags
All orders placed before 11am are shipped the same day (except weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 11am are shipped the next business day.
No invoice is inserted into the package when it is made. Your recipient will have no knowledge of this.
You need to access your account and then go to "My Orders". All the orders placed with your account will be displayed; select the one you are interested in, and you will be able to download the associated invoice.
You can find your tracking number in several places:
- On the shipping email you received from us, located at the top left.
- You will receive notifications from Chronopost at each stage of the delivery. These automatic emails may end up in your spam folder.
In case of a delivery issue, we invite you to send an email to infos@caffet-compagnie.com with your order number and details of the identified issue, if any.
You can take action directly with Chronopost using the email you receive announcing the delivery date.
You can choose to reschedule the delivery for another day or have the package delivered to a relay point of your choice.
Creating an account on www.maison-caffet.com will allow you to register your delivery addresses, find your order history, follow the progress of your order, find your invoices and join our loyalty program.
