More than two years after being completely destroyed by the fire that ravaged over 1700 square meters, the new shop of Pascal Caffet, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Pâtissier and Champion du Monde des Métiers du Dessert, welcomes gourmets seeking exceptional sweet products in a completely redesigned place.
For Pascal Caffet, "it is a historic day for the entire Maison Caffet team, firstly because it symbolizes the end of two years of work to rebuild everything, but above all because it marks the beginning of a new sensory experience full of promises. We have been carried by an immense outpouring of solidarity, and guided by the closeness that has been established with our customers during this long period, we have imagined much more than just a shop, an innovative concept designed as a real place of life and sharing. Located in the place of the former Ecrevolles shop, the Maison Caffet shop was conceived by Pascal Caffet and the architect Patrick Mantini.
