Water, sugar, cream (cream, stabiliser (carrageenan)), rum, egg, wheat flour (gluten), semi-skimmed milk, egg yolk, butter, egg white, invert sugar syrup, vanilla bean, yeast, lemon, salt, beef gelatine (Halal), colour (caramel ammoniacal), vanilla seeds. May contain traces of nuts, peanut, sesame and soya.
