Beyond the enchanting treats of Halloween and the pre-order launch of our flagship holiday product, October has been filled with events that boost and solidify Maison Caffet’s deep roots in the Aube region.
600th Aubassadeurs:
As the first private territorial marketing agency in the Aube region of Champagne, the Aubassadeurs proudly promote the department internationally. Pascal Caffet has joined this 100% dynamic, local network, which is at the very heart of Maison Caffet's DNA! Check out his interview now!
Solidarity for Pink October:
A beautiful evening took place on Thursday, October 17 at the Théâtre de la Madeleine, where Maison Caffet partnered with the event organized by the Association Les Vitrines de Troyes La Champagne. The charitable event aimed to raise funds for the Ligue contre le cancer de l’Aube during this Pink October month.
An exceptional auction featured a unique prize from Maison Caffet: a class for two people with our three Meilleurs Ouvriers de France: Christophe Jeanson, Vanessa Soffieti-Pereira, and Pascal Caffet. The lot sold for €2,500, contributing to a total of €96,950 raised for the association, which supports patients and their families daily. Thank you for your generosity!
#ChampagneDay: Glamour & Chocolates for a Sparkling Evening:
#ChampagneDay was celebrated on Friday, October 25 around the world! For this World Champagne Day, Agence Oenosphère hosted the year’s most festive evening at Cellier Saint-Pierre in the heart of Bouchon de Champagne, Troyes. As a partner, Maison Caffet presented its Signature Dessert, featuring unique and gourmet creations. Three special cream puffs were crafted for the occasion:
- A delicate vanilla puff with a light Madagascar red vanilla cream
- A refined puff filled with 70% dark chocolate cream
- And the highlight of Maison Caffet: the Praline Puff
The tasting experience was completed with macarons and chocolate bonbons offering a variety of flavors, perfectly paired with bubbles from Champagne houses in the Côte des Bar: Vincent Couche, Drappier, Fleury, Pierre Gerbais, as well as from the Marne with Champagnes Lancelot-Pienne, Augustin, and Domaine de Marzilly.
Maison Caffet continues to shine a spotlight on local talents and events, showcasing the rich heritage of the region. What better way to complement the divine local drink, Champagne, than with our exquisite chocolate creations?
